The Duterte government has fully unleashed its state terror against the Filipino people, and the rural communities in the Philippines’ southernmost island of Mindanao, which has been under Martial Law for a year now, are among the biggest victims. This book contains the report of the International Fact Finding and Solidarity Mission in Mindanao. The mission areas were in Caraga (Region XIII), Southern Mindanao (Region XI) and Northern Mindanao (Region XII). All of the areas are under Martial Law. More than 700 national and local participants joined the missions in the three areas. Delegates were able to interview around 200 locals from various municipal, provincial and regional peasant and Lumad organizations affiliated with the Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas (KMP).
