The book really reflects the process of founding, restoring and developing Vietnam communist party central leadership, its personnel of the revolutionary period of 1930 – 1945 before becoming a ruling party. The book also provided a readership & research circle with experience the party’s building, national defending; with further clarifying the role and contribution of Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh and elite revolutionaries in building a proletarian party in Vietnam. Besides, the book brought out the shortcomings & limitations in political awareness, in the process of organization and performance of Vietnam communist party central committees of that time.
