The content of the book consists of 3 chapters, clarifying the theoretical and practical basis for building an overall organizational model of the political system in Vietnam in new conditions. On that basis, the authors propose a view to building an overall organizational model of Vietnam's political system in new conditions; solutions to innovate and perfect the overall organization of the political system apparatus in the period of 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030.
