The book is divided into two parts: Part 1 includes a number of articles mentioning the development of Administrative Law, the science of Vietnamese Administrative Law from past to present, including a number of theoretical and practical issues currently emerging with the development of this branch of law. Part 2 includes articles that cover many contents of the Administrative Law that need to be reformed and improved to implement relevant goals and tasks in Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW.
