In order to contribute to providing scientific arguments for solving practical problems in building a team of minority intellectuals in the Southwest, the book "Building a team of ethnic minority intellectuals in the Southwest today according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology" by Dr. Lam Thi Kho has suggested a number of contents for continuing to build and perfect guidelines and policies on building a team of ethnic minority intellectuals nationwide in general, and the Southwest in particular.
