Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), the Truth National Political Publishing House coordinated with the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee to compile and publish the book "Heroes, soldiers of Dien Bien Phu". The book is a publication of special significance, expressing the deep feelings and gratitude of generations of Vietnamese people for the merits of heroes and martyrs who heroically sacrificed their blood and youth for this great victory.
