In the work "Winning the French on the Sky of Dien Bien Phu", the author explains why despite of the disparate relationship between our air defense troops and the French air force, with enemy aircraft "dominating the sky" as the enemy once said, we still can get to the point where our army and people defeated the French air force, making a very important contribution to the famous global-shaking Dien Bien Phu victory.
