The book "Climate Security in International Relations" by Dr. Nguyen Viet Lam mentioned the basic theories of climate security, the reality of climate change in some countries around the world, the awareness and actions of many countries on this issue, and at the same time provide specific approaches in terms of the Party's viewpoints, policies, and laws of the State of Vietnam and recommendations to address and respond to climate change and security risks both in the current time and years to come.
