The Military organisation is built upon people, not weapons. A Psychological approach to managing human resource could optimise manpower capabilities and performances. This handbook provides an outline of how psychology can be applied to the military in a manner that helps to promote higher functioning, better combat effectiveness, increased morale and positive mental health amongst military personnel.
